April 27, 2022 – Boncafe (Thailand) led by CEO Khun Usaphun Inteevoravong arranges the celebration of the La San Marco’s 100th Year Anniversary under the “Proof of Perfection” theme summarizing the La San Marco coffee machine’s flawlessness in which Boncafe (Thailand) acts as the authorized distributor. The event also debuted the most recent coffee machine designed from innovating the coffee drinking cultures into the latest series of the La San Marco D. Series along with the Espresso Profiling Workshop by 3 Coffee Specialist reckoned within the coffee industry such as, Khun Mook Asama Wichaidit; Asama Coffee & Roastery owner and latte art pundit of world-class coffee competitions, Khun Bank Sarawut Manngan; Roots Coffee Roaster barista, Sukhumvit Street Coffee owner, and the winner of national and international latte art competitions, along with Khun Jo Ketiravee Pairotchaikul; architect, photographer, and owner of 239 cafe.
The La San Marco coffee machine brand is widely known in over 120 countries. Originated in Italy during 1920, baristas across the world have accredited the product designs that serves all purpose usage and is well known for its high quality and long lasting durability, along with the up-to-date techs and detail oriented designs. As for La San Marco’s 100th anniversary, the brand has launched 2 of its latest products, the La San Marco D. Series MB. and MBV. with the technology that allows you to “alter the temperature and pressure while extracting the espresso shots” at the same time and able to perform with over 100 coffee profiles along with its perfect perfection, modern designs, and latest innovation that the baristas could have never imagined.
The Espresso Profiling Workshop by the 3 Coffee Specialists was held within the event for attendees to have the chance to experience the La San Marco D.’s MBV intimately along with the 3 special guests whom shared the experience of profiling the coffee beans together with the Single Origin coffee from 3 agriculture zones of Craze Cafe brand including the Kenya AA Top Thika, Rwanda Murumba, and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Wote Konga. The activity was filled with entertaining and friendly vibes between the special guests and attendees to top up the success from the Espresso Profiling Workshop into the Thailand Coffee Profiling Challenge (TCPC); the national competition that has never been held anywhere in the world.
