YUZU SYRUP | 10 ml |
SALTED CARAMEL PEPPER | 10 ml |
EGG WHITE | 20 ml |
SALTED CARAMEL PEPPER
TORANI CARAMEL SYRUP | 250 ml |
SALT | 15 g |
PEPPER | 1 pc |
How to do
- 1. Use 20 grams of coffee beans and extract with a ratio of 1:1, yield 20 grams of coffee shot.
- 2. Put all ingredients into the shaker. Then shake to combine.
- 3. Strain only coffee and put it in a glass.
- 4. Garnish with coffee beans and chili candy.
