How to do
- 1. Prepare a glass using nut powder to smear over the edge of the glass, put all ingredients except the extracted coffee in the glass, stir well and refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.
- 2. Use 15 grams of coffee beans and extract with a ratio of 1: 1.3, yield 20 grams of coffee shot. Then make the extracted coffee flow through the ingredient layer.

How to do
- 1. Bring the water to a boil and put Tonka beans in the pot. Stir continuously for 5 minutes, then rest.
- 2. Filter beans out and add sugar, then stir to dissolve.
