Ingredients
Boncafé 100% Pure Cocoa Powder | 1 tbs |
Dark Chocolate | 180 g |
Milk Chocolate | 135 g |
Whipping Cream | 225 g |
Butter | 17 g |
Method
1. Pour the whipping cream into a pot and simmer without boiling, then leave to cool.
2. Slowly mix dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter into the whipping cream. Gradually mix until fully incorporated.
3. Pour the mixture into a 6 x 6 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Level the surface and leave in the fridge for 4 – 6 hours.
4. Once fully set, remove the chocolate from the mold. Remove the parchment paper and use a warm knife to cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with Boncafé 100% Pure Cocoa Powder for the final flourish.
