Ingredients
Craze Cafe Barrel Aged Coffee | 30 ml. |
Torani Raspberry Syrup | 15 ml. |
Torani Peach Syrup | 20 ml. |
Lemon Juice | 10 ml. |
Ice | 1 oz. |
Method
- 1. Use 18 g. of coffee to extract approximately 60 ml. of espresso within 23 - 25 seconds.
- 2. Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake well until thoroughly mixed.
- 3. Filter the mix into the glass.
- 4. Decorate with lemon peels and raspberries.
