ANDROS FRUIT CHUNKY REDCURRANT | 10 g |
TORANI VANILLA SYRUP | 5 ml |
YUZU PUREE | 20 g |
ORANGE JUICE | 40 ml |
LEMON JUICE | 5 ml |
How to do
- 1. Use 18 grams of coffee beans and extract with a ratio of 1:1.5, yield 27 grams of coffee shot.
- 2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker. Then shake to combine.
- 3. Pour only extracted coffee into the glass.
- 4. Garnish with fruits.
