Boncafe (Thailand) certified ISO 9001:2015 in testimony to its international standard technicians

Boncafe (Thailand) Company Limited, led by Usapun Inteeraworawong, CEO along with Joachim C. Lueddecke, Director, Engineering Specialist, and the company’s Product Development Department, celebrated the technician team achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for the company as assessed by TÜV SÜD Group (Thailand).

Boncafe (Thailand)’s ISO 9001:2015 certification is in the “Electric Device Maintenance and Repair of Coffee and Non-Coffee Products” category. The award recognises the brand’s quality management to international standards for its specialisation in Electric Device Maintenance and Repair for Coffee Product and Non-Coffee Product featuring highly qualified after-sales service provision. Boncafe is committed to continuing to develop its quality management systems in accordance with its quality control policy.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most acclaimed and respected international organisation for standardisation of quality management systems.
