BONCAFE ADVANCES TO PHRAE!

The Phrae Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Phrae Office had launched the coffee walking street in Phrae (ถนน กาแฟ แพร่ คราฟ) to support Phrae’s local agriculturists and promote local tourism in Kad Kong Kao (Soi Wat Pongsunan) during September 21, 2019. The event was chaired by Phrae’s governor Mr. Pongrat Piromrat, TAT Phrae chief Ms. Sirinart Chatsuppakul, Phrae Chamber of Commerce chief Mr. Panjapon Prasitsopin, along with the head of government. The grand opening was filled with several vendors from both local and coffee related businesses.

Moreover, the event has held a coffee contests under the name Phrae Es Yen Battle 2019 (แพร่ เอส เย็น แบทเทิล 2019) to find the best barista from the contest by using Phrae’s coffee beans. There were 15 contestants sent from each vendors in which the prizes goes to:

Boncafe Thailand, led by the Chiang Mai branch, sponsored the event with world-class coffee machines such as the dual brewing head La Marzocco Linea PB AV and the La San Marco Grinder Model T92 that were used in the competition along with the sponsored prize, Capristta Z Capsule Machine, for the number 1 winner.

Moreover, Boncafe also accentuated the leadership in the coffee industry towards the locals by holding the Taste, Shop, Drink activity by serving rich cold coffees to all the attendees that passed by. Boncafe is very pleased to have taken part in the collaboration and generate income back to the local community.
